What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

If the shipping charges aren’t displayed on the order confirmation, the actual UPS shipping cost will be included on your invoice.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit cards.  Customers with established accounts can also pay with a company check or direct deposit into our bank account.

How long will delivery take?

Our default shipping method is UPS Ground, originating from Orlando, FL.  We can also expedite shipments anywhere in the USA to help meet your deadlines.  In stock items typically ship within 24 hours and often same day if the order is received by 12 noon EST.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We employ the latest SSL technology to keep our client’s data safe and secure.  Also, we never provide access to our client information to any other company for any reason.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order will be immediately processed and shipped as soon as possible.  If items are in stock, they will likely ship same-day or within 24 hours.  If products need to be custom printed, they will ship as soon as the items are finished.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

If the order is paid online at the time you placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation receipt via e-mail.  Orders placed by established customers will receive an order confirmation via e-mail and an invoice via e-mail if needed.
